We are living through some difficult times at the moment. Many of us have money troubles, some of us have lost our jobs and most of us worry about all things connected with finances and our stability. It is not surprising that many nations are dealing with the soaring rates of depression and suicidal attempts. Some countries have opened up more tool-free depression help phone lines and have been advertising them aggressively on television and radio.

It is important to remember, however, that no government agency or even trained professional can teach you how to relieve stress if you don’t want to do it yourself. Most of the things we react to aren’t as bad as we think when our psyche is in trouble, so the real trick is to get our mind to react to the surrounding circumstances in a more relaxed way. The best thing to do that is to find creative ways to deal with stress. Some people love listening to music, and not necessarily calm music. Others turn to guided imagery to get their minds off things that bother them. Make up a list of things that calm you down and try to do at east some of them when you are stressed. Eating Education For The Children

Adequate nutrition was the matter that really influenced the process of growing the child. The pattern of eating in children’s period will influence the character of the child and was connected with the further life. The child knew food the first time from his parents, especially the mother, because ideally for the first time, child received food from their mother. That is breast milk. And in the 6th month, they were just given food that in accordance with their age. If the child had since childhood have good habit to eat, will affect the pattern of eating the further.

The child began to eat after being 1 year old. In this period the appetite was formed. Anything that was presented every day will develop appetite and the character of ate. That’s why it’s important for the child to be introduced more food. It was increasingly heterogeneous that the menu that was introduced, then increasingly big the child’s opportunity to liked all food. Give the food database that was good in child, so the child can choose his food in accordance with his wish. And giving of multitudinous food will also make the fulfillment of the requirement the child.

The exact nutrient will affect the growth of the child. Their growing could be seen from Height and Weight according to the age. Whereas the child’s development could be seen from the progress of the intellectual, emotions, prose studied and his social life.

Because the world of the child was the playing world, then introduced food as the child’s toy. Don’t had forced the child to eat and do not have resolved the problem ate the child with milk, because the child who was made accustomed to drinking milk as the replacement ate will make them increasingly did not like ate.

There was methods that could be carried out when the child was difficult to eat:

  • don’t make a food as punishment or reward
  • asked the child to eat together so
  • gave the variation ate to the child
  • gave your good comment to the child when eating
  • let the child felt hungry, because when the child felt hungry then the child will look for food

There was tips for the mothers in order to be able to give nutritious food  each day:

  • don’t feel guilty when saw the child’s Height and Weight
  • gave milk in accordance with the requirement, but did not have resolved the problem ate with milk
  • gave multitudinous food each day and gave in accordance with the requirement
  • did not have given the target and the pressure when eating
  • gave the atmosphere that was pleasant when eating

The Pattern Of Take Care

The pre-school period was the gold period grew of a child. Not only the body, but also their social life. Wrong of take care, wrong education, and wrong loving could be bad as a result. The pattern of care that was exact for the child will influence his life in the future.

The child was a special gift from God. Intelligence and the success of parents in educating the child will determine the character but also the success of the child in achieving his feelings. Giving education, loving, and take care of that was exact will influence the character of the child. Education was stimulation that was given. Loving was the affection that was given by parents. Whereas take care of was the adequacy of clothing, food, the plank, and the health of the foundation that was received by the child.

There was many character of the child who was connected with the five senses:

- the visual type, namely the child that often learn from saw

- the heard type, namely the child who often learned from the sense of listening

- the kissed type, namely the child who often learned from the sense of kissing

- the  touched type, namely the child who often learned from the sense of touching

- the chatted type, namely the child who often learned from the sense of taste

These types above in accordance with the characteristics of the child, that is they will know the world by means of using his five senses, that is heard, see, kissed, touched, and chatted. Was based on these types, then that was most exact for parents to recognize the character of the child as early as possible was by means of observed from whichever sense that was most dominant that was owned by the kid. Followed with the pattern of the character that was had by the kid.

The Pattern Of Take Care in accordance with the Character

Intelligence will make the child become successful. However, the character that was owned by the child will determine whether this success will continue to remain in the peak. The pattern of parent’s care and the environment around the child really will influence the character of the child. The child who was increased with the pattern of care that over protective will make the child to feel inferior. However, was the reverse if the child was increased with the pattern that was too free to make the child not know the rule in afterwards the day.

That was most exact was parents or the caretaker gave space that was freer to his sweetheart. His key was take care of with the heart. Observed from where the child received the information, and from there was determined by us the pattern take care of that in accordance with the character that was owned by the child. Parents preferably followed the type of the character that was owned by the child. Observed whatever that was most dominant that was had by the child. Let the child learn to be strong. The child that often learn from saw or could be said by the visual type, then parents or the caretaker gave teachings by giving the example that could be seen by the child, for example showed that parents liked to eat vegetables, and showed to them how is your face was pleasant when eating vegetables, then the child will realize that the vegetables were good. By knowing the child as the unique and different individual to one another, then parents can carry out appropriate stimulation, applied the pattern of take care of and giving exact education so as could support the intelligence that was optimal for the child.
