- Eat 5 or 6 small meals
- Make meals more fun with good equipment and garnish with flowers. Play music or watch your favorite TV program. Eat together with family or friends
- Prepare a snack when you are hungry
- Eat foods high in calories, high in protein at the time of eating small meals
- Ask your doctor about medications to help reduce constipation, nausea or pain when the conditions is what causes your appetite is reduced

- Choose foods derived from plants
- Eating fruits and vegetables > 5 times / hr
- Eat other foods derived from plants, such as bread, cereals, wheat, rice or beans several times a day
- Limit your intake of foods high in fat, particularly from animal
- Choose foods low in fat
- Limit consumption of meats, especially high-fat meat
- Active exercise to achieve and maintain a healthy weight
- Maintain body weight within the normal size
- Limit consumption of alcoholic beverages
